音樂: 2/4 , 前奏8拍.

不分舞伴成單圈, 面向圓心, 全體牽手

舞法:

一.

1-2 4拍-- 右足向右微躍, 左足交叉右足前, 右足右踏, 左足交叉右足後.(也有說明右躍, 前交叉, 朝圓心二步)

3-4 4拍-- 右足前踏, 左足前踏, 同時牽手上舉, 右足起退後二步, 手放下.

5-6 24拍--重複1-4小節之動作三次.

二.

1-2 4拍-- 雙手搭在鄰伴肩上, 右足右踏,左足交叉右足後, 右足右踏. 左足側點(身體微傾一邊)

3-4 4拍-- 左足起同上.

5-8 8拍-- 右足起做雙騎士步(6拍), 右足前交叉, 左足後退.

9-10 4拍--右足右重踏, 同時左足提起交叉在右足前, 右足原地輕跳三次 ,或屈膝三下, 左足仍離地.

11-12 4拍--重複9-10小節, (換左足起做).

13 2拍-- 右足前踏, 身體微彎, 左足前踏, 同時右足提前置在左足前.

14 2拍-- 左足原地輕跳二次, 右足離地伸向圓心.

15-16 4拍-- 右足起後退四步.

17-32 32拍-- 重複本段1-16小節動作.
